Ever felt Depression?

Post by louieann34 » Thu Jun 21, 2007 7:56 am

For teenagers who's experiencing depression, isn't it that it is a burden to carry it all the time...That sometimes you could study well for it is bothering you...For you to relax, why not look for something that can be use at home on your bedroom...That will surely help you calm your self and relax the mind, by not taking any medications. That you can also share with your family that for them to enjoy it to.

I definitely agree with you. Yoga is one of the best exercises to do when you feel depressed. Sometimes lying in bed listening to relaxing music is also an alternative.
I am doing great in balancing work and family.
