Post by Samantha » Tue Dec 23, 2008 1:18 am

Today when we see global economies tumbling down, it’s natural to be gripped by the fear of recession. My concern is a

small one. I want to know if we have enough courage to sail through this period of uncertainty? I read a very

disturbing article this morning about how people worldwide are losing confidence in government systems. Well, just a

request to these people – be patient at this hour of time, and you will remain to see the wonderfulness that this time

will bring for our children. Remain brave and do not let your courage leave you.

Speaking of yoga and stress relief, I just signed up for a yoga class and the instructor was playing classical music. Not your typical yoga music, but this combination really helped me relax much more than usual.

I would definitely recommend listening to classical music during your next yoga session!

What i often do to release stress is to take a deep breath or sometimes i go out and try to do new things. That way i do get refreshed.

It is very hard to get free of your stress because stress is created in part by our society. A very good method for unloading stress is to truly release it! During one of my daily meditation's i can give my stress away in the form of invisible energy. I give it to the earth, to the water to the Divine Source. I release control of this stress and I get calm vibrant energy back.
