Hey all.
I found this simple stress test that will calculate the level of your stress. It is very easy and absolutely free.
My stress level was 60% so I guess something has to be done in my life. I need more relaxation and life without stress.
Take a Stress Test
Anyway I wonder how stressed you are?
Post the results here so we see how high (or low) our stress levels are.
